Responsibilities:

• Assist in delivering comprehensive disposal, acquisition, and asset management case work to support the Council Plan.
• Conduct Asset Valuations for financial reporting purposes, including red book valuations to inform strategic decision-making.
• Implement the Corporate Landlord model to ensure property decisions align with the Council's Asset Management Plan.
• Support regeneration and transformation programmes by interpreting service area requirements and providing expert project input.
