Housing Supervising Solicitor (5+ PQE) Location: London (Hybrid) Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 DOEOverview An opportunity has arisen for a Housing Supervising Solicitor to join a growing team at a boutique law firm. This is a great opportunity for an experienced housing lawyer who enjoys managing complex cases while supporting junior team members in a friendly and collaborative environment.The Role You will manage a varied caseload of housing matters, including:

• Possession proceedings
• Homelessness applications and appeals
• Disrepair claims
• Unlawful eviction and harassment matters
• Judicial review cases
• Injunctions and anti-social behaviour matters

You will also supervise junior fee earners and caseworkers, while working closely with senior colleagues on more complex matters.About You

Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 5+ years' PQE in housing lawPrevious supervisory experience or ability to meet LAA supervisor requirementsStrong advocacy and case management skillsExcellent communication and client care skillsAble to manage your own workload independentlyOrganised, proactive, and team-oriented

Desirable

Legal Aid experienceExperience working under a Legal Aid contractHigher Rights of Audience would be an advantage
