The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* Recent experience working as a Teaching Assistant in UK primary schools * Confidence supporting pupils across different year groups * Experience providing one-to-one and small group interventions * A positive, patient, and adaptable approach * Strong communication and behaviour management skills * A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development * An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
