We’re looking for a Web Sales Advisor to join an established and growing business in Bournemouth. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, understanding their needs and providing expert, tailored solutions from initial enquiry through to delivery and after-sales support.
You’ll become a key point of contact for customers, providing a friendly, professional and efficient service while developing your knowledge of a specialist product range. Full product training will be provided, making this a great opportunity for someone with the right attitude and a genuine desire to build a career.
The Role You’ll be responsible for:

• Responding to online enquiries and converting opportunities into sales
• Understanding customer requirements and recommending the most appropriate products
• Providing expert advice and suggesting suitable alternatives where appropriate
• Managing customer orders and queries from initial enquiry through to completion
