Production Technician Supervisor Nights

What we are looking for

A Production Technician Supervisor to serve the packhouse with graded product of the correct quality whilst running/maintaining the grading facility, staff, and associated processes. Ownership and accountability to ensure the graders are optimised and ran as efficiently as possible to meet the raw material quality standards of the business.

Working hours 5:15pm - 05:30am on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern

The position

• Optimise conformance of graded product to the internal quality and customer standards for supply into the packhouse or processing facility.
• Oversee the smooth running of the NIR Grader primarily, Grader 1 and Grader 2 if necessary
• Conduct daily ZOHO checks, investigating and resolving incomplete actions.
• Ensure all labelled stock has been placed in stores and foamed up if required
• Reporting absence to the Grader Operations Supervisor and ensuring all return-to-work forms are completed as required on the same day as the employees return date
• Assist the Grader Manager in achieving the best possible quality of the product coming off the grader
