?? THE PERSON – HAVE YOU GOT WHAT IT TAKES? We're looking for proven salespeople who are hungry for success! You'll ideally have: A strong background in outbound sales, telesales or business development

Experience making 80+ outbound calls per day

A proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets

Confidence, resilience and excellent communication skills

Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage your own workload

A proactive, self-motivated attitude

A genuine desire to progress professionally and financially

Insurance experience isn't essential – we're particularly interested in talented sales professionals with transferable skills and a successful sales track record.
