An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join a leading organisation as People Partner operating within a complex, unionised environment. This role will play a key part in supporting operational leaders, driving people initiatives, and providing expert guidance across a broad range of HR matters.
The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor to managers and stakeholders, partnering closely with the business to deliver effective people solutions, manage complex employee relations matters, and support organisational change.
Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to deliver people strategies aligned to organisational objectives.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on a wide range of employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, performance management, and organisational change.
• Build strong relationships with trade unions and support constructive industrial relations activity.
