Master / Senior Hair Stylist

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Master / Senior Stylist to join our hair team.

We are seeking an experienced hair stylist with at least 5 years of experience on the salon floor and ideally, some management or supervisory experience too to support the established team of stylists.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about hairdressing, have excellent communication skills, be up-to-date with the latest hair trends and techniques.

Located in the beautiful city of Wells, Frontlinestyle is a popular destination for clients seeking personalised and customised hair treatments.

As a member of the Frontlinestyle hair team, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and showcase your creativity and skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.

*Responsibilities:*

* Provide hair services to clients such as haircuts, colouring, and styling * Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and preferences * Recommend appropriate hair services and products to clients based on their hair type and desired look * Keep work area clean and sanitized, including tools and equipment * Keep up-to-date with the latest hair trends and techniques through continuing education and training * Manage and maintain client records, including their hair history and product preferences * Build and maintain a strong client base through exceptional customer service and a friendly demeanour * Assist with training junior stylists as needed * Contribute to the overall success of the salon by achieving personal and team goals

*Requirements:*

* At least 5 years of experience as a hair stylist in a professional setting * Up-to-date knowledge of the latest hair trends and techniques * Strong communication and customer service skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail * Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed * Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team * Strong work ethic and commitment to providing exceptional customer service
