Production Team Leader – Manufacturing / Assembly Hours: Permanent, Full-time, Monday to Friday Salary: £32,000 – £35,000 per annum We are currently recruiting an experienced Production Team Leader to support our client’s manufacturing operation. This is a key hands-on leadership role responsible for leading, supporting, and developing a production section while ensuring safety, quality, and performance standards are consistently met. Key Responsibilities * Lead, support, and manage a production section team within a manufacturing environment * Ensure daily production plans are delivered in line with output, quality, and efficiency targets * Manage, motivate, and develop team members to maximise performance and engagement * Conduct daily start-up meetings and team briefings to ensure clear communication and alignment * Ensure all production activities comply with company Health & Safety and quality standards * Monitor workflow, labour allocation, and production processes within the section * Support the Shift Manager with disciplinary and grievance investigations and interviews * Monitor, report, and deliver shift performance against agreed KPIs About You * Proven experience in a production or manufacturing leadership role * Strong communication and people-management skills * Proactive with the ability to make confident, effective decisions * Good understanding of manufacturing processes and performance metrics * Computer literate with experience using production or reporting systems * Professional, approachable, and supportive leadership style This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Production Team Leader looking to play a key role in a growing manufacturing operation.
