Site Manager (Nights) Location: Huddersfield Duration: 10th September - 17th September Shift Pattern: Nights Required Certificates SMSTS CSCS First Aid at Work CAT & Genny (GCAT4+)RG Set Square are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a short-term refurbishment project in Huddersfield. Working on a series of night shifts, you will be responsible for managing a transport building refurbishment project, overseeing M&E contractors, groundworkers and demolition operatives while ensuring all works are carried out safely and in accordance with the project programme. Key Responsibilities Day-to-day management and supervision of site operations during night shifts. Coordinating M&E contractors, groundworkers and demolition teams. Maintaining high standards of Health & Safety and site compliance. Reviewing and implementing RAMS. Conducting site inductions and toolbox talks. Monitoring site progress and reporting to the project team. Ensuring all works are undertaken in line with safe systems of work. Essential Requirements Previous experience working as a Site Manager on refurbishment or construction projects. SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certification. GCAT4+ / CAT & Genny qualification is essential. The successful candidate will be required to oversee groundworks activities, ensuring utility avoidance procedures are followed and a safe working environment is maintained at all times.
