Compliance Manager - Gas & Electrical Kingston £65,000 + Excellent Benefits National Tier-1 Contractor The Opportunity Regen Solutions is proud to partner with a leading National Tier-1 Contractor to recruit an experienced Compliance Manager to oversee social housing electrical and gas maintenance on a flagship contract in Surrey worth circa £4.5m year. Key Responsibilities In this pivotal management role, you will lead compliance excellence across internal DLO teams and supply chain partners, ensuring strict adherence to industry standards, legal mandates, and contractual obligations: Statutory Compliance: Oversee compliance across key risk streams-Gas servicing & breakdowns, Electrical remedials/upgrades, Legionella, Asbestos, Passenger Lifts, Fire Risk Assessments (FRA), Fire Alarms, and Emergency Lighting. Supply Chain & Workforce Governance: Ensure all DLO operatives and supply chain qualifications, accreditations (including Gas Safe registrations), and insurances remain fully compliant and up to date. Audits & Inspections: Coordinate and supervise site inspections, audits, and compliance projects to maintain zero-defect legal adherence. Stakeholder Management: Act as the technical expert and primary liaison between clients, sub-contractors, internal teams, and residents. Performance & Reporting: Champion safety, drive strict KPI performance, and deliver comprehensive monthly reporting (gas breakdown/servicing data, legislative updates, and productivity metrics). What We Are Looking For We are seeking a proactive leader with a solid background in Social Housing (client-side, contractor-side, or ideally both) who brings technical credibility and a drive for high performance: Experience: Minimum 5 years' management experience in compliance across housing, gas, or building services. Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of GSIUR, HASAWA, CDM regulations, Building Regulations, and ISO standards. Qualifications: Relevant technical or building qualification (Level 4+ required). Desirable Credentials: SMSTS/SSSTS, ACS Gas (Domestic/Commercial), and Asbestos Surveying qualifications. Systems & Data: Tech-savvy with strong ICT skills, data reporting expertise, and robust project governance experience. What's on Offer?
