The Role…At Soho House, as a Room Attendant , you will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, presentation, and comfort of guest rooms and suites. With an eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, you will ensure each space meets the club’s high standards, contributing to an exceptional member and guest experience.

Whether you’re seeking entry-level employment or a new opportunity to expand your profession, we offer training to develop the technical and managerial skills necessary to enhance your careerKey duties…Clean and service guest rooms, suites, and common areas according to club standardsReplace linens, towels, and amenities as needed, ensuring consistency and presentationCheck rooms for maintenance issues and report any faults or damages promptlyEnsure guest belongings are respected and handled with care and confidentialityMaintain cleaning carts, equipment, and storage areas in a tidy and well-stocked conditionSupport laundry services, including sorting, folding, and transporting items when requiredFollow all safety and sanitation procedures, including use of chemicals and PPECommunicate guest requests, room status changes, or incidents to the Housekeeping SupervisorAssist with turndown service or special requests when requiredEnsure hallways, stairwells, and service areas remain clean and clutter-freeWhat we are looking for...A successful Room Attendant for Soho House will ideally have up to 2 years’ experience in a busy high-profile venue and a natural flair for first class service. You’ll be reliable, friendly and happy to be a key part of the team that strives for success.
