Housing Complaints Administrator

We’re currently recruiting for two Temporary Housing Complaints Administrators to join a busy customer-focused team within a well-established housing organisation. This is a great opportunity for an organised administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing queries, information and competing priorities. This is a hybrid role, 2 days per week in the office and the rest can be worked from home, this would be after an induction period, usually 1-2 weeks or until you are up to speed on systems and processes. 35 hours a week. The Role You’ll provide administrative support to a busy Housing Complaints team, including managing the complaints inbox, updating systems, coordinating actions and assisting with Housing Ombudsman portal messaging. You’ll liaise with internal teams and customers, ensuring information is accurately recorded and actions are progressed within agreed timescales. About You We’re looking for someone with: * Previous administration and/or customer service experience * Excellent organisation and time management skills * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Good IT and systems skills * Confident written and verbal communication * The ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines * A professional, customer-focused approach Experience within housing, property, repairs, maintenance, facilities, contractors, charities or a similar customer-focused environment is required.
