The Role: Assisting with the commercial management of utility projects Preparing valuations, variations and final accounts Supporting subcontractor procurement and account management Cost reporting and forecasting Working closely with operational teams to ensure projects are delivered within budget Assisting with NEC contract administration and commercial processes Requirements: Previous experience working as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor within construction or utilities Strong xwzovoh communication and organisational skills Eagerness to learn and develop within the utilities sector NEC contract knowledge preferred but not essential Degree qualified or equivalent preferred Salary & Package: £40,000 £50,000 depending on experience Pension Training and development on NEC contracts Excellent career progression opportunities If you're interested, please apply!
