FLT Operative

We are looking for an experienced FLT Counterbalance Operative to join a busy manufacturing and distribution environment. This is a varied, hands-on role involving the safe movement of products and materials, along with supporting the preparation and packaging of goods ready for dispatch. Key responsibilities: * Operating a Counterbalance FLT to move and position products and materials * Loading and unloading vehicles safely * Preparing products for dispatch * Strapping and securing packaged goods * Cutting and preparing packaging materials * Carrying out general warehouse and yard duties * Maintaining a safe, clean and organised working environment * Working as part of a busy team to meet daily production and dispatch requirements About you: * Valid Counterbalance FLT licence essential * Previous FLT/warehouse or manufacturing experience (in house licence will be considered/expired) * Comfortable working outdoors when required * Happy to be in a hands-on role * Reliable, safety-conscious and able to work as part of a team * Good attention to detail This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a stable, varied role where no two days are exactly the same
