Welder Fabricator Location: Chelmsford, Essex (CM1) Salary: £16.00 - £18.00 per hour DOE Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Welder Fabricator Required We are currently recruiting for an experienced Welder Fabricator to join a well-established manufacturing and engineering business based in Chelmsford, Essex. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Welder Fabricator with experience in TIG, MIG and ARC welding to join a growing company offering competitive rates of pay and long-term career prospects. Key Responsibilities * Carry out TIG, MIG and ARC welding to a high standard * Fabricate and assemble metal components from engineering drawings * Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately * Work with a variety of materials including mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium * Ensure all work is completed to the required quality standards * Perform quality checks on completed fabrications and welded assemblies * Maintain a safe and organised working environment * Collaborate with production and engineering teams to meet project deadlines Requirements * Proven experience as a Welder Fabricator * Competent in TIG, MIG and ARC welding * Ability to read and interpret engineering and fabrication drawings * Experience working with fabrication tools and workshop machinery * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Reliable with a positive work ethic What's On Offer * £16.00 - £18.00 per hour depending on experience * Full-time permanent position * Overtime opportunities available * Stable and growing business * Immediate interview and start available for suitable candidates If you are an experienced Welder Fabricator looking for your next opportunity in the Chelmsford area, we would like to hear from you.
