Eaton Syalon are delighted to be supporting our client to recruit a Credit Control Administrator to join their finance team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with credit control, credit risk, or customer onboarding experience to join a supportive team environment. You will play a key role in onboarding new customers, assessing credit risk, maintaining accurate customer data, and protecting the business from fraudulent applications.
Working as part of a close-knit team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the continued success of the business while developing your skills within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: Onboard new customers and manage customer account setup processes
Assess new account applications and make informed credit decisions
Identify and mitigate potential credit risks and fraudulent application
Manage and respond to enquiries within the departmental inbox
Record and maintain detailed communication records
Liaise with internal commercial teams to support business objectives
Resolve customer queries via telephone and email in a professional manner
Ensure all company policies, procedures, and key controls are adhered to
Deliver a high standard of customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
Support the wider finance function and undertake additional duties as required
Person Profile: Have previous experience within credit control, credit risk or a similar finance administration role
Demonstrate a strong xwzovoh understanding of credit control principles and risk assessment
Possess excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Be highly organised with strong communication skills
Have a proven track record of reliability and delivering high-quality work
Be confident building relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
