We are currently recruiting for a talented and motivated Breakfast Chef to join the culinary team at our luxury hotel. This is a full-time position, ideal for someone with previous experience in a four- or five-star hotel or fine dining environment. You should be confident running your own section, working effectively as part of a fast-paced team, and have excellent communication and organisational skills. You will report directly to the Executive Chef.

Working Pattern: Shift Pattern - 5 days on 2 days off

This wonderful hotel has been fully refurbished and features 161 individually designed bedrooms and suites, as well as a range of Food and Beverage outlets including The English Grill Restaurant, The Curry Room Restaurant, The New York Bar, The Palace Lounge and Champagne Bar, as well as 9 well equipped function rooms.

Key Responsibilities as a Breakfast Chef:
Day to day running and cooking of the breakfast service.
Assisting other sections when required.
Maintaining high health and safety standards.
Assisting with cost and stock control when required.
Keeping the freezer list up to date.
Checking deliveries.

What are we looking for in our Breakfast Chef?
Experience in preparing and serving breakfast.
Excellent timekeeping and early morning availability.
Ability to work independently.
Strong organisational and prep skills.
Consistency in food quality and presentation.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Ability to manage multiple orders quickly and efficiently.
Good communication with front-of-house staff.
Passion for delivering a great guest experience.
