Assembly Operative (PM OR NIGHTS) Location: gloucester  Pay: £15.25 per hour Shifts Available: •             3:00pm – 11:00pm •             11:00pm – 7:00am Job Type: Full-time 6 month fixed contract with potential for longer About the Role We are recruiting for reliable Assembly Operatives This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced production environment, ideal for someone with manufacturing or assembly experience. Key Responsibilities •             Operating machinery and hand tools safely •             Cutting, fitting, and preparing materials to specification •             Quality checking finished products •             Maintaining a clean and organised work area •             Working as part of a team to meet production targets •             Good attention to detail and quality standards •             Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment •             Reliable with a strong work ethic •             Comfortable working late or night shifts What We Offer •             Competitive pay of £15.25 per hour •            3pm-11pm or 11pm-7am •             Ongoing, stable work with a reputable company •             Supportive team environment
