You’ll play a key role in ensuring commercial success while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.Salary – 65,000 – 75,000 + pkgDuties Lead cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control across projectsManage contracts, variations, claims, and disputesOversee tendering and procurement processesDeliver accurate cost reports and financial forecastsIdentify and mitigate commercial risksMentor junior surveyors and foster team developmentRequirementsDegree in Quantity Surveying or Construction ManagementFull UK Driving LicencePrevious experience of working within utility/civil engineering contracting, for a utility sub contractor
