Conveyancing Solicitor

GMP Worldwide are proud to be partnered with a well-established Law firm in Gloucester that provide legal advice for individuals and businesses throughout the Gloucestershire area. We are supporting their recruitment for a Conveyancing Fee Earner to provide high quality legal services to Clinical Negligence clients, manage a varied caseload, and contribute to the team’s ongoing development, efficiency, and success. We are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate 1-2 years PQE. On offer is a highly competitive basic salary to ensure we attract top-tier talent, and hybrid working arrangements. Conveyancing Fee Earner main duties: * Advising and liaising with clients and referral partners on ongoing matters * Ongoing case management; * Client relationship management; * Networking and business development for continuous workflows; * To produce all fees to meet monthly and year end targets; * Attend team meetings where appropriate; * Keep files well organised and property updated; * Compliance with Company standards Conveyancing Fee Earner required skills and experience: * Pro-active with good interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in * High level of attention to detail and an enquiring * The ability to manage time effectively, prioritising tasks to ensure that deadlines and client expectations are * The ability to understand clear and concise * A keen team member, with the ability to accept responsibility and work on their own * Excellent client relationship skills.
