A new founder-led business builder launching from Newcastle is looking for a Viral Content Creator/Attention Builder.  They use AI, content, automation, capital and fast customer testing to turn sharp ideas into real companies. They are not an agency, consultancy or normal startup. The model is simple: spot what already works, adapt it, test demand quickly, build what gets signal, and scale the winners.  They are hiring two people now. One of them may be a Viral Content Creator/Attention Builder.  This is for someone who understands online attention. Not pretty content for the sake of it. Not corporate marketing waffle. We want someone who can make people stop, care and respond.  You might create short-form video ideas, hooks, posts, ads, story angles, campaign concepts and content tests. You will research what is already working online, adapt proven patterns, test offers and angles, read the response and improve the next version.  The job is not just to make content. The job is to create attention, demand and learning.  You may suit this role if you understand TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn or online attention; can write hooks quickly; notice what makes people stop scrolling; use AI tools to speed up ideas and production; and can think commercially.  You do not need a perfect CV. Proof of work matters more than polish.
