Qualifications

Required:Proven track record as a groundworks/ civils Quantity Surveying workingAcademically Qualified with a BSc Quantity Surveying or equivalentConfident, commercially astute with good communication skills able to negotiate and manage subcontractors effectivelyExcellent IT skillsAble to prioritise, manage risk and value engineer.Salary & Package on offer:Base Salary 45,000 to 55,000 (dependent on level of experience)Car allowanceExcellent employer pension contributionPrivate healthcare26 days holiday + bank holidaysGood additional company benefits & perks.
