This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing environmental business, supporting Health & Safety across multiple operational sites while driving compliance, continuous improvement and a positive safety culture. Key Responsibilities Conduct accident, incident and near-miss investigations Lead Health & Safety audits, inspections and site risk assessments Develop Risk Assessments, COSHH Assessments and Safe Systems of Work Deliver toolbox talks, inductions and Health & Safety training Promote a positive safety culture across multiple operational sites Support HSENI inspections and compliance with ISO management systems About You 2+ years' Health & Safety experience within an operational environment NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) Experience conducting audits, inspections and incident investigations Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites Experience in manufacturing, recycling, waste, logistics or a similar industry is desirable What's on Offer Competitive salary Full-time, permanent position Belfast or Keady base with travel across Northern Ireland Supportive working environment with genuine career progression Opportunity to join a market-leading, sustainability-focused business And so much more...
