Location: Glascoed

Working Arrangements: 3 onsite and 1 day from home.

Duration: 12 months

Hourly Rate: £33 PAYE or £44.40 Umbrella

We’re recruiting for a Process Engineer to join BAE Systems in Glascoed, supporting the development and improvement of manufacturing processes within a multi-disciplined Engineering team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong manufacturing or process engineering background who enjoys problem-solving, continuous improvement and working on technically challenging projects.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and support manufacturing processes from concept to qualification
Provide technical support and process expertise within the team
Support commissioning, process improvement and risk management activities
Drive continuous improvement across products and manufacturing processes

What We’re Looking For

Experience xwzovoh within manufacturing or process engineering
Strong understanding of engineering and production processes
Knowledge of process control, process capability or Six Sigma beneficial
Experience with PLC systems, NDT or materials processing advantageous
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
