Electrical Day Shift Engineer – Canary Wharf Location: Canary Wharf Salary: £50,500 All-In Package + Overtime Shift Pattern: 4 On / 4 Off – Days Only (7:00am – 7:00pm) We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Day Shift Engineer to join a prestigious commercial site based in Canary Wharf. The Role As an Electrical Day Shift Engineer, your responsibilities will include: * Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance * Fault finding and repair on electrical systems and associated building services equipment * Maintaining lighting, emergency lighting, power distribution, UPS systems, AHUs, FCUs, pumps and motors * Ensuring all statutory compliance and health & safety procedures are followed * Supporting subcontractors and specialist engineers on site * Completing maintenance reports and updating CAFM systems * Providing excellent service within a client-facing environment Requirements * City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent * 18th Edition Wiring Regulations * Experience working within commercial building maintenance * Strong fault-finding and maintenance skills * Good communication and organisational abilities * Stable work history and a proactive attitude Package & Benefits * £50,500 All-In Salary * 4 On / 4 Off Shift Pattern * Days Only – 7am to 7pm * Overtime Available * 20 Days Shift Leave * 17.5% Pension Scheme * Private Healthcare * Free Gym Membership * Annual Bonus Scheme * Yearly Salary Reviews & Increases * Ongoing Training & Career Progression * Additional Company Benefits This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company that genuinely invests in its engineers and offers excellent long-term career prospects within one of London’s most sought-after commercial locations.
