About the role
We are looking for a dynamic, hands-on Team Leader to join our Doncaster Personalised Services.
You'll be joining an established team to support the Registered Manager in leading some of the Doncaster Services. Our services support individuals with learning disabilities, autism, behaviours of distress and mental health needs across the Doncaster area.
Every person we support has their own story, strengths and aspirations, and we're looking for a Team Leader who is visible, approachable and actively engaged in daily life across the services.
Lead With Presence. Make a Lasting Difference.
At Creative Support, our culture is about seeing things with your own eyes, knowing the people we support as individuals, building trust with families, and anticipating issues before they arise. You'll lead by example, inspiring your team with a proactive, professional and person-centred approach.
As a Team Leader you will ensure that our services are of the highest quality, and support the Registered Manager to meet all CQC standards and contract requirements. You will ensure that the care and support delivered is truly personalised and provided in accordance with agreed support plans, enabling the people we support to thrive, have a good quality of life and develop community connections. You will promote and reinforce an open culture of responsive, person-centred practice and active support across the services, with relationships based on respect and unconditional positive regard.
This is an exciting time to join Creative Support Doncaster. Across our services, we're driving forward a range of social value initiatives designed to promote the very best in mental and physical wellbeing for the people we support whilst benefiting the wider community. No two days are ever the same, one day you might be dealing with a complex practice challenge, and the next you could be helping to organise a trip to the theatre.
We guarantee that your role will be both fulfilling and rewarding. Shaping the experiences of the people we support and leading your team, will leave you with a genuine sense of pride and job satisfaction.
