Factory Operative

Production Operative   Working Hours (Rotating Shifts)  Monday to Thursday: 6:00am – 1:30pm / 1:30pm – 9:00pm Friday: 6:00am – 12:30pm / 12:30pm – 7:00pm About the Role  MET are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing team.  The position requires a high level of precision, concentration, and consistency due to the repetitive nature of the tasks.  Full training will be provided; however, previous production experience is desirable.  Key Responsibilities  Carrying out precision bonding work on PCB panels Maintaininga steady hand and high level of accuracy  Completing repetitive tasks to a consistent standard Supporting the coating process whenrequired Attaching patches to specific areas on PCB panels Following all health & safety and quality procedures Requirements  Previousproduction or manufacturing experience preferred  Excellent attention to detail Good hand-eye coordination Ability to carry out repetitive tasks Steady hand and ability to work with precision Reliable and able to work rotating shifts Benefits  Free onsite parking Canteen facilities Company uniform provided Opportunity for a permanent position following a successful trial
