Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor - Cladding /Facade/Remediation experience essential The Company My client are a Specialist Facade Contractor who also operate as a Principle Contractor. Specialising in external envelope solutions for commercial, residential and public sector projects. Projects typically range in value from £500K to £5M, with larger-scale up to £10M HQ based in Liverpool. The Role - Project Quantity Surveyor or Senior QS - Facade/Cladding My client are looking to appoint an ambitious Quantity Surveyor, to join them on their sites in Liverpool. Reporting into the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for: * Commercial ownership of cladding and façade projects in Liverpool, including cost planning, budgeting, and financial reporting. * Ensuring compliance with terms * Applying technical knowledge of cladding systems and regulatory requirements. * Maintain programme and protect margins. * Negotiate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors * Monitor and manage project risks, implementing measures to control costs and mitigate potential issues.
