About the role
Our client is a well-established and highly regarded architectural, interior signage and brand implementation business based in Leeds. With continued growth, increased manufacturing capacity and a strong pipeline of work, they are looking to add an experienced Project Manager to the existing team.
The role
This position would suit a Project Manager with experience in signage, print, visual display, shopfitting or a closely related environment.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will take responsibility for multiple live projects at any one time, managing each job from initial brief through to manufacture, installation and completion.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing multiple projects simultaneously, typically ranging in value from £20,000 to £200,000
* Acting as the main point of contact for clients, including architects, retailers, shopfitters and main contractors
* Working closely with in-house design and manufacturing teams to ensure projects are delivered to specification, budget and programme
* Taking ownership of projects from briefing through to final installation and sign-off
* Undertaking site surveys where required
* Coordinating installation
* Managing UK-wide projects, with occasional work across mainland Europe
* Resolving project issues, technical queries and client requests
* Working effectively within a fast-paced environment as part of a growing project delivery team
This is primarily an office-based role in Leeds, with travel to site required when necessary.
Person specification
* Previous project management experience within signage, print, visual display, shopfitting or a similar sector
* Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines at the same time
* Strong client-facing and communication skills
* Good understanding of manufacturing and installation processes
* Commercially aware, organised and able to take ownership of delivery
* Confident coordinating internal teams, subcontractors and external stakeholders
* Full UK driving licence preferred due to site travel requirements
