Lotus Recruitment is recruiting passionate and skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistants to join our partnered independent SEN school in Preston this September. About the Role As an HLTA, you will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across the school. You will work closely with teachers to plan and deliver lessons, lead small group interventions, and step in to cover classes when required, ensuring continuity and quality of learning for pupils with additional needs.
