Nottingham - Caretaker Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday (7am-3pm or 8am-4pm) Duration: 4-6 weeks Start Date: ASAP * Carry out compliance checks including fire alarms, emergency lighting, and water flushing. * Complete general maintenance and repair tasks. * Undertake portering duties such as receiving deliveries, moving equipment, and setting up rooms. Requirements: * Enhanced DBS clearance. * Facilities, caretaking, maintenance, or similar experience. * General handyman/building maintenance skills. * Ability to perform physical duties, including moving furniture and equipment
