Caretaker – FE College Location: Eastbourne Rate: £16–£19 per hour Hours: Full-time Contract: Ongoing We are looking for a reliable and experienced Caretaker to join a Further Education College in Eastbourne on a full-time, ongoing basis. Duties include: * General caretaking and site maintenance * Minor repairs and maintenance * Ensuring the site is safe, secure and well maintained * Setting up rooms and facilities * Supporting contractors and responding to maintenance issues Requirements: * Previous caretaking, maintenance or facilities experience * Practical and proactive approach * Good communication skills * Reliable and professional attitude * Enhanced DBS, or willingness to obtain one
