Electronic Warfare Systems Engineer - Salisbury

Salary: £50,000 - 65,000 per year

Requirements

• Systems Engineering
• System Design Documentation
• Systems Modelling (UML/SysML)
• Test and acceptance of integrated systems
• Experience across the Engineering Delivery Lifecycle
• Requirements Management (DOORS/Enterprise Architect etc.)
• Coding experience (JavaScript or MATLAB/Simulink) (desirable)
• Defence Industry knowledge of EW systems (desirable)
• Previous ex-Military experience with EW systems (operator, maintenance, support, or acquisition) (desirable)

Responsibilities

• Help with the design, implementation, and support of new capabilities
• Participate in local and worldwide trials using existing and future technology
• Work autonomously with access to the customer
• Ensure the success of deployment, verification, and validation
• Gather stakeholder use cases and write requirements specifications (URD and SRDs)
• Provide ongoing support and continuous assistance during deployment to assist with design activities
• Leverage Model Based Systems Engineering (UML/SysML/Archimate) skills
