This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of legal developments, advising on high-value and often high-profile matters involving emerging technologies and evolving regulatory frameworks.The successful candidate will work closely with partners and senior lawyers on complex, multi-jurisdictional disputes, gaining exposure to cutting-edge issues in AI, data, and digital regulation. The role also offers the chance to contribute to the growth of the practice and support junior team members.Key responsibilities include:Advising on complex disputes and investigations involving AI, data, and technologyManaging workstreams and supervising junior lawyers on active mattersDrafting high-quality legal documents and supporting regulatory enforcement casesContributing to business development and the growth of the technology disputes practiceThis role would suit an associate with 3 + years' PQE and strong experience in commercial disputes or regulatory investigations. A background in technology or data-related matters would be advantageous.
