Room Leader – Bristol Zero2Five are delighted to be working with a well-established private day nursery in Bristol who are looking for an experienced and passionate Room Leader to join their 2–4s Room. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Room Leader, or a confident Level 3 Nursery Practitioner ready to take the next step in their Early Years career. Why join? The Role As Room Leader, you will: Lead and oversee the day-to-day running of the 2–4s room. Support and motivate your team, ensuring staff are deployed effectively. Create a safe, caring and stimulating environment for children. Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS. Complete observations, assessments and learning journeys. Build strong relationships with children, parents and carers. Act as a positive role model and champion safeguarding, health and safety and best practice. Support the ongoing development of the team and setting. We’re looking for: Level 3 Early Years & Childcare qualification (or working towards). Experience working within an Early Years setting. Good understanding of the EYFS. Level 2 English qualification. Knowledge of safeguarding, health & safety and confidentiality. A caring, enthusiastic and team-focused approach. Paediatric First Aid and Child Protection training are desirable. What’s on offer?
