In this role you will report through our Field Team Lead on multiple projects. This will allow growth potential as you will be exposed to clients, design and construction team members, program and project management processes, and strong project leaders. You will have the support and mentorship of our leadership and Project Management team.Your Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate inspections with municipalities, developers, and contractorsConduct field inspections and prepare detailed reports, cost estimates, and deficiency assessmentsManage CCC/FAC documentation packages and submit to municipal authoritiesPreparing CCC/FAC applicationsRead and interpret engineering drawings to support inspections, POR preparation, and repair coordinationReview servicing agreements to confirm obligations, timelines, and infrastructure requirementsTrack maintenance periods, schedule repairs, and verify completion of contract itemsPerform onsite construction monitoringMaintain and update project certificate tracking spreadsheetsAct as primary contact for surface FAC improvements and municipal correspondenceStreamline internal processes, including digital submissions to ePlan/eServicesConfirming measurements and payment of actual quantities including concrete and asphalt itemsEducation and ExperienceBachelor's degree or technical diploma in a related field.2 years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Acquired project management experience through on-the job consulting projectsBe familiar with construction repair methods for surface FAC requirementsHave a strong understanding of municipal construction design standards across multiple jurisdictionsValid Class 5 Driver’s LicenseField work may include exposure to the elements including inclement weather.This description is not a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that may be required of the employee.Stantec is a place where the best and brightest come to build on each other’s talents, do exciting work, and make an impact on the world around us. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible.
