Helpdesk Support - 1st Line

IT Helpdesk Officer (3-Month Contract) Bath | Hybrid Working | Immediate Start Looking to kickstart your IT career with a leading global consultancy? We're recruiting for an IT Helpdesk Officer to join a busy Global IT team on an initial 3-month contract based in Bath. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting thousands of users across an international business while developing your technical skills in a collaborative and supportive environment. The Role As part of the IT Helpdesk team, you'll provide 1st Line technical support, helping to resolve a wide range of IT issues and ensuring users receive an excellent level of service. This is a varied role where you'll gain exposure to enterprise technologies and build valuable experience within a fast-paced IT environment. Key Responsibilities * Provide 1st Line IT support via phone, email and remote support tools * Log, prioritise and resolve helpdesk tickets within agreed SLAs * Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Windows and software-related issues * Escalate more complex technical issues where required * Deliver exceptional customer service to users across the business * Support the day-to-day operation of the IT Helpdesk About You We're looking for someone who is passionate about IT and enjoys solving problems.
