We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to join a busy and friendly team based in Epsom. This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills who enjoys speaking to customers and providing a helpful, professional service. The Role Handling customer enquiries by telephone and email Providing information and resolving customer queries Updating customer records and systems accurately Dealing with a variety of enquiries in a friendly and professional manner Working as part of a busy and supportive customer service teamAbout You Previous customer service experience handling a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls is essential Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner Confident speaking with customers and able to handle enquiries professionally Good IT and administration skills Able to remain calm and organised in a busy environment Reliable, organised and approachable If you have previous high-volume call handling experience, are immediately available and looking for your next customer service opportunity in Epsom, we would love to hear from you!
