Logistics Supervisor – Nights £29,000 – £32,000 DOE 4 on 4 off | 18:00 – 06:00 Permanent | Full-Time Location: Lutterworth Are you an experienced Warehouse Supervisor, Transport Supervisor, Logistics Supervisor or Team Leader looking for your next step? We’re recruiting a hands-on Logistics Supervisor to take responsibility for a busy night operation covering both transport and warehouse activities. This is a varied operational role. You’ll spend part of your shift working from the logistics office, coordinating drivers, deliveries and the night operation, but you’ll also be expected to get out onto the warehouse floor and support the team. We’re looking for someone who is happy to put on a hi-vis, get involved with picking, sorting and loading, and lead from the front when the operation needs it. The Role * Oversee the night transport and warehouse operation. * Coordinate drivers, deliveries, collections and daily priorities. * Supervise and support Warehouse Operatives. * Monitor picking, sorting, loading and dispatch activity. * Resolve delays and operational problems throughout the night. * Monitor workloads, productivity and service levels. * Work hands-on in the warehouse when required. * Maintain Health & Safety and operational standards. * Ensure an effective handover to the day team. What We’re Looking For You’ll ideally have previous experience as a: Logistics Supervisor | Warehouse Supervisor | Transport Supervisor | Shift Supervisor | Warehouse Team Leader | Logistics Team Leader You’ll need to be: * A hands-on leader who isn't afraid to get stuck in. * Confident supervising and motivating an operational team. * Comfortable working across both an office and warehouse environment. * Able to make decisions and solve problems independently. * Organised and able to manage changing priorities. * Someone with a strong work ethic who takes ownership of their shift. * Happy working permanent nights on a 4 on 4 off, 18:00 – 06:00 shift pattern.
