This is an ongoing temporary Claims Processor position with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. The Claims Processor will be responsible for processing claims accurately and efficiently, ensuring all relevant information is recorded correctly and claims are progressed within the required timescales. This role would suit someone with previous claims processing experience or a background working within a vehicle dealership. As a Claims Processor, you will need to be organised, detail focused and confident working with computer systems and administrative processes. Previous experience in an automotive dealership would be highly beneficial, although candidates with strong claims processing experience from another industry will also be considered. Key responsibilities • Processing claims accurately and efficiently • Reviewing claim information and checking supporting documentation • Ensuring claims are submitted and progressed within required timescales • Updating computer systems and maintaining accurate records • Liaising with internal teams and relevant external parties regarding claims • Investigating and resolving claim queries where required • Ensuring all claims administration is completed accurately • Following company procedures and maintaining a high standard of customer service Skills and experience required Essential: • Previous experience in claims processing or a similar administrative role • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Good organisational and time management skills • Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office • Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively • Good written and verbal communication skills Desirable: • Previous experience working within an automotive dealership • Previous experience processing vehicle or automotive claims • Knowledge of dealership administration and claims procedures What is on offer • Full time Monday to Friday working hours • Ongoing temporary employment • Potential permanent position for the right candidate • Opportunity to work within an established automotive environment • Opportunity to utilise and develop existing claims processing experience FACAUTO
