Location: Bournemouth or Farnborough (5 days per week)
Degree Requirement: Minimum 2:1 Degree
No Visa sponsorship available and unable to consider candidates on a Graduate Visa.
Are you graduating with a minimum 2:1 degree in Human Factors, Psychology, Ergonomics or a related discipline?
We are looking for ambitious Graduate Human Factors Engineer to join an innovative engineering team delivering complex Air Traffic Management solutions that help keep the skies safe.
You'll work alongside experienced Human Factors specialists, contributing to the design and assessment of systems used within modern aviation environments while receiving structured mentoring and professional development.
What you'll be doing:
Supporting Human Factors studies on live engineering projects
Assisting with Human Factors assessments and technical investigations
Conducting task analysis and workload assessments
Analysing operational and user performance data
Supporting usability evaluations and HMI assessments
Producing technical reports and project documentation
Working alongside engineers, operational experts and project teams
Learning industry leading Human Factors techniques
