HR Advisor

We're looking for an enthusiastic HR professional to support our people agenda and help ensure a positive, compliant and engaging workplace. What You'll Do * Provide day-to-day HR advice and support to managers and employees. * Support recruitment, onboarding and employee development activities. * Manage employee relations matters, including absence, disciplinary, grievance and performance processes. * Maintain HR systems, records and reporting. * Assist with payroll, training coordination and HR improvement projects. * Support Health & Safety compliance, employee wellbeing initiatives and site-based activities. * Act as a key point of contact for HR and people-related queries across the business. What We're Looking For * Experience in an HR Advisor, HR Officer or similar HR role. * Sound knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice. * Experience handling employee relations cases. * Strong organisational and communication skills. * A professional, confidential and proactive approach. * Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and HR systems. * CIPD qualified * Health & Safety knowledge or experience would be advantageous.
