Children's Support Worker £13.00 - £13.50 per hour + £70.00 per sleep-in I'm currently recruiting for dedicated and compassionate Children's Support Workers to join a children's residential home. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a genuine difference in young people's lives. This role is about more than providing care - it's about creating a safe, stable and nurturing environment where children can build confidence, develop independence and thrive. The Role As a Children's Support Worker, you will: Support young adolescents with their day-to-day lives, encouraging independence and positive decision-making. Build strong, trusting relationships and act as a consistent, positive role model. Provide both emotional and practical support, including life skills coaching, educational support, and structured routines. Ensure safeguarding and the wellbeing of young people is always the highest priority. Work a shift pattern that includes sleep-ins (£70.00 per sleep-in).About You I'm keen to speak with individuals who are: Caring, resilient, and reliable, with a genuine passion for supporting young people. Experienced in working with children and young people - residential experience is highly desirable. In possession of a full UK driving licence (essential).
