As the Customer Services Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy serviced office centre, ensuring that clients receive an exceptional level of service and that the building is maintained to the highest standards. Working closely with a diverse range of businesses, you will take the time to understand their individual requirements, build strong relationships and identify opportunities to enhance their experience, whilst ensuring the centre operates efficiently and profitably.

In this varied and hands-on Customer Services Manager role, you will lead and develop a customer-facing team, providing ongoing support, training and guidance to ensure consistently high standards of service delivery.
