Contracts Manager – Landscape Construction Location: London & Home Counties Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 (DOE) We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to deliver landscape construction projects across London and the South East. You will manage multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities * Deliver projects to specification, programme, and budget * Manage labour, materials, subcontractors, and site teams * Maintain strong client relationships and attend site meetings * Lead and develop Site Managers and operatives * Ensure Health & Safety compliance (RAMS, risk assessments) * Manage costs, budgets, and project performance * Identify and deliver additional works About You * Proven Contracts Manager experience in landscaping or civils * Strong commercial and organisational skills * Confident leader and communicator * Good Health & Safety knowledge What’s on Offer * £60k–£70k salary (DOE) * High-quality projects and career progression * Supportive, growing business Please apply with your CV via the apply button
