HR Manager – Manufacturing
Monday to Thursday – 8am – 4:30pm & Friday 8am-1:30pm
Salary: £50,000–£55,000 per annum + benefits
Location: Worcester
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to join a leading manufacturing and engineering business at their site in Worcester. This is a hands‑on, people‑focused role where you’ll partner closely with operational leaders, support a highly skilled workforce, and play a key part in shaping culture, capability and performance.

What We’re Looking For
* Proven HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor experience within manufacturing, engineering or industrial settings
* Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
* Confident handling complex ER cases and coaching managers
* Hands‑on, approachable and able to build trust at all levels
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Passion for improving culture, communication and employee experience
What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead the HR function for the site, acting as the primary HR partner for managers and employees
* Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance, absence, disciplinary and grievance matters
* Support recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning to ensure the site has the right capability
* Drive engagement, culture and communication initiatives
* Ensure HR policies, procedures and employment law compliance are consistently applied
* Support training, development and succession planning
* Manage HR reporting, KPIs and site‑level metrics
* Collaborate with Group HR on wider people initiatives and continuous improvement

Benefits / Other
* Holidays - 25 days holiday plus banks (The company elects to be closed for normal business over the Christmas period a total of 6 days of which 3 are from normal holiday entitlement and 3 are from statutory entitlement)
* Pension - 5%-3%
* Life Assurance - You will be covered by Company’s Life Assurance benefits. The scheme provides for a lumpsum benefit payable on death in service equivalent to 2x pensionable salary
