What the Firm Provides

You’ll receive full support so you can focus on delivering excellent legal work:

• A position as a consultant solicitor within one of the firm’s commercial practice areas
• Back‑office support, branding, insurance, IT support and a case management system
• 70:30 on work you introduce and undertake
• Referral fees of 15% on first referrals and 10% on repeat work from the same client
• 60:40 fee share on work provided to you by the firm
• Access to serviced offices in London, with additional access in Birmingham, plus the firm’s head office by the coast.
