Pay: From £13.33 per hour Job Description: Production Operative Location : New Holland, North Lincolnshire Pay: £13.33 per hour About the Role Orchard Professional Solutions Ltd are pleased to be working with a market-leading wood manufacturer based in New Holland, North Lincolnshire, who are looking to recruit Production Operatives to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established manufacturing business offering training, overtime opportunities, and the potential for a permanent contract for the right candidates. Key Responsibilities * Support the production of wooden products * Operate automatic machinery and saws * Follow job plans and production instructions accurately * Ensure production targets and product quantities are met * Maintain quality standards throughout the manufacturing process * Work safely and follow all site Health & Safety procedures * Use initiative and work effectively within a team Shift Pattern Rotating weekly shifts: * Week 1: 06:00 – 14:00 Monday to Thursday 06:00 – 13:00 Friday * Week 2: 14:00 – 22:00 Monday to Thursday 13:00 – 20:00 FridayRequirements * Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not essential * Ability to work rotating shifts * Must be able to travel to New Holland, North Lincolnshire * Reliable with a good work ethic * Ability to work towards production targets Benefits * Training provided * Overtime available * Opportunity for a permanent contract * Supportive team environment * On-site parking Additional Information All successful applicants will be required to complete an on-site induction before starting work.
