What You'll Do: Act as a specialist secondary drama teacher, delivering engaging, pre-planned lessons across KS3 and KS4. Maintain excellent classroom management and a positive, creative environment. Ensure students remain focused and safe during practical and written tasks. Leave brief handover notes for returning department staff. Ideal Candidate: Holds QTS (ECTs are highly welcome). Adaptable, reliable, and comfortable in new school settings. Strong classroom presence and the ability to build quick rapport.
